828 INTERNATIONAL INTRODUCES A QUARTET OF SOPHISTICATED STYLES

GREENVILLE, SC, July 25, 2007—828 International’s Tibetan Collection of hand-knotted rugs has long been favored for its sumptuous hand, thick wool pile, silk-like accents, unique patterns, alluring palettes and hand-carved details. New styles TIB-79, TIB-84, TIB-93 and TIB-2908 are no exception.

All four of 828’s new Tibetan Collection rugs cover the floor in sophisticated styles that artistically utilize geometric shapes. TIB-79 features an arrangement of stylized blocks patterned in alternating rows of blue and framed by a silken edge of golden brown. TIB-84 is patterned in a maze of golden blocks that travel over a midnight black field. TIB-93 is a tonal display of overlapping spirals that are hand-knotted of silk-like, mercerized cotton on a plush wool ground. TIB-2908 is colored in a range of browns divided by waves of silk-like yarns. Each is individually beautiful, yet colored in palettes that enable their use in adjacent rooms.

828’s Tibetan Collection has been approved to carry the Wools of New Zealand Brand and is offered in 5 x 8, 8 x 10, and 9 x 12 sizes.
